We have gone to Hana for years. Our children and grandchildren often request this for their birthday meals. Service can sometimes be off, but all restaurants around here have the same issues. Most of the time it's not a problem though. Food is always great!
Service was excellent. I had a mis-hap on my previous order. They replaced it and did not give me a hard time about it. When I went up there to get it, they were welcoming and gave excellent customer service. I have always loved Hana. thankyou Alexandria Hana staff.
Service is always great, food is always prepared great and fresh ! Place could use a little TLC. But with great friendly service it definitely can be over looked !
